"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, nos dieron servicio de traslado desde la estación de trenes, el personal muy amable, el área de gimnasio y alberca está muy limpio, grande y con todos los servicios. Las habitaciones parecen recién remodeladas, solo faltan unos ganchos para colgar toallas y batas. El restaurante lo usamos para cena y desayuno buffet y todo estaba muy rico y el personal muy amable. Gracis a todos por sus atenciones"

"A perfect place to sleep before taking the train. Clean and well maintained. Beds are fine, not very soft and the blanket on top we left off as we weren’t sure if it was clean. But all in all we were very happy with our choice."
"Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection.
Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel.
Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from.
