"Hard surfaced on-site car park which was ideal for our motorcycles. Modern and clean throughout. Huge, comfortable, bed. Good sized towels. Hairdryer provided. Nice beer in the bar. Good selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Petrol station half a mile away."

"Very nicely updated property. Clean and comfortable. Customer service was great. Lots of photo ops within the hotel and great history. Given the quality of the hotel I was surprised with the bar. Very limited selection. Not the one to order a martini. We had a bad experience at the breakfast restaurant and could not eat. Ordered eggs Benedict and had to be returned. Order scrambled eggs and 35 mins later neither had arrived. Service was apologetic and comped the rest of it. Wine tasting next...

"This is a newly opened hotel that is just finding its feet. It is situated down a long back road and has a good, but un-tarmaced section of about 4k at the end (apparently this is due to be surfaced later this year) There are no signs (again, due to be in place shortly) but it is actually enough to easy to find. The rooms are lovely, will large bathrooms and desk and chair. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. The walks from there are amazing. The staff are lovely and very helpful, The...
