"Great hotel, fantastic price and easy parking.
A little outside of the city centre, about 20 minutes walk but ideally placed.
The reception staff were welcoming and explained everything that was available at the hotel.
The rooms were clean and great for a 3 night break, shower was good quality (power and heat) and the beds were comfortable."
"Das Zimmer war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht ganz den Fotos. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert und die Anlage lief einwandfrei. Was man auf jedenfall wissen sollte ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, sowohl die Geräusche von außen und die Geräusche von obendrüber liegenden Zimmer sind deutlich hörbar. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer war ohne Funktioniert und das Fester konnte nicht geöffnet oder gekippt werden. Der sehr alte Föhn schaltete sich nach ca. 2 Minuten ab, da er...
"The best things about this hotel were comfortable beds, a good size room and excellent staff, especially the lady who checked us in. Onyeka (not sure is this spelling is correct) greeted us warmly, and gave us waffles and a chance to win free parking on a spin the wheel game, which we did! She also gave us great recommendations for a restaurant in Bruges and suggested a stroll by the water that was absolutely charming. Best check in yet!

"The rooms were so clean, and our room was well designed with a private balcony. Hotel is also very accessible to shops and restaurants but still tucked away to ensure quiet and privacy. The breakfast options were not fantastic or very varied, just adequate but Bruges is lovely with great restaurants so that wasn’t a problem at all. The shampoo and soaps also came in really tiny bottles but I would stay at Sablon again."
"Loved the family suite, felt a cool place to hang out in for adults and the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the breakfasts.

"Interesting hotel consisting of 3 adjacent renovated old buildings. Ideally located 5 minute walk from the old town. Spotlessly clean, modern rooms, very professional staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The only thing that was a bit different is the "formal" aspect to the staff. Very professional and helpful but not overly friendly. Might be a cultural thing. Would definitely go back"
"Excellent location. Great just walking around enjoying the sites, stopping for beverages or a bite to eat. Breakfast had a great selection, staff available and very clean. The bar is very cozy, just right for having a nightcap after walking around all day. Staff was very helpful when asked about train schedules, where to go, what is best in the area."

"Der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Nordsee war wunderschön aber das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Restauration. Das Frühstück ist okay allerdings auch nicht hervorragend.
Das Reinigungspersonal, das für unser Zimmer zuständig war, war „grottenschlecht“.
Es hat in den 4 Tagen, in denen wir hier waren, nicht einmal den Staubsauger benutzt, nicht einmal den Tisch abgewischt und Kronkorken von geöffneten Flaschen weggeräumt.
Für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel ist...
