"Everything about the property was perfect for our needs. We stayed in October during Tartufo festival, and one of the wine tastings was at this hotel. perfectly organized and wonderful wine selections. The breakfast is very good, and has several gluten free options as well as a barista to make coffees and cappuccinos. Beds were very comfy and location was extremely quiet. Parking is under the hotel, and you just need to run into the hotel on your arrival and they will open the gate for you. After that you can enter or exit with the room key. LOTS of restaurants and the entire old town is very walkable."

"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is a block away from the town center it was very quiet but easy to walk everywhere. I was disappointed the restaurant and terrace weren’t open, but that’s just a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay again. And having parking was very helpful. "

Friendly staff, good breakfast, 24 hour front desk which was super helpful because I only got to the hotel after midnight, clean, spacious room for European standards and a very comfortable washroom. It’s a 5min walk from the train station and has restaurants and shopping around the corner (1 min walk). Highly recommend staying here when in Asti "

"Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta. La camera è minimalista ma dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La terrazza, ampia e potenzialmente molto piacevole, purtroppo risulta trascurata e abbandonata. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e cortese. La colazione è davvero ottima: varia, abbondante e con opzioni anche senza glutine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la pulizia: molta polvere in camera e nessun intervento di pulizia durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio. "
