The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."
"On the first day, we did not see a kitchen in another part of building and completely missed the foods there. Hope they will put on an instruction for clients to know."

Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come.
All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal.

"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, inside and out. The entryway and main areas are really cool, with flowing water, sculptural touches, and paintings. The rooms are large and well-appointed, very comfortable. Near the front of the hotel you can hear some traffic noise, but it was not overwhelming. "We spent four nights at Treasures and it was lovely. Quiet, peaceful, calm and welcoming inside, and 10 mins walk from the old town centre / Jonker St etc. We had a Premier room - very spacious and comfortable. Only thing was that the room is a bit deprived of natural light during the day as overlooking the inner courtyard, but we weren't in there much during the day anyway, and there are lots of nice communal areas to lounge around.

"It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."
