"Helt klart en lille perle i Kandy! Dette hotel var rart og hyggeligt med en dejlig rooftop lounge hvor morgenmaden blev serveret og hvor man senere kunne komme op og få snacks og måltider hvis man ikke ville ud i byen.
Hotellets personale var venligt, yderst hjælpsomme og meget professionelle.
Værelset vi havde var mod bagsiden, så vi havde ikke nogen udsigt, men det gjorde ingenting, da vi heller ikke betalte for mere. Værelset var stort og rummeligt, men der var meget lyst, så er man...

"We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable."
"We arrived on location 2 hours prior to check in from à long 5 hour drive. Our driver told us there were many traffic jams along the way so we were not sure about ETA. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby only to be told our room was not available as they had a group of people that would only come back in the evening so we were redirected to another - unsuitable- hotel for our specific needs. The hotel manager told us they they had already issued the refund for our stay...
"Låg helt off, jättesvårt att hitta. Maten tog 1,5 h o va kall när vi fick den. Beställde vatten o fick i en kanna. Vi va helt själva o ändå hade dom inget till chauffören. Fanns inget att dricka på hotellet. Dom va trevliga där mot oss. Så inge fel på service. Helthetskänslan va väldigt creepy. "
