"The floor supervisor Kaiser for 6th floor where I stayed was very attentive to resolving the issue when I brought to his attention about a minor issue with the washroom. "

"This is a great hotel which is walking distance to the mall of Emirates and the metro station which can take you all over Dubai. It also has a night life with 2 night clubs on the 1st floor. Good music and drinks available. The staff at this hotel are amazing and the cleaning staff really cleaned my room well. They go above and beyond at this hotel to make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you!"

"The best for the price. Very clean and nice. Staff are comfortabley friendly. Beautiful water fountain view and knly 15 mins to Dubai mall. Spacious with full kitchen and wooden floor. Nothing else to ask for."

"Hot water was suddenly coming very hot in the hand shower. Was not even/consistent. Shd be fixed. "

"The location of this hotel worked for us. Marina and JBR is only 15mins with car. The hotel itself is clean and services provided was top notch was given water and coffee whenever we requsted it. Shame about VIP perks it was not mentioned to us by the staff."

"The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."

"Proximity to Emirate Mall"

"Fantastic property and very close to Nakheel mall, all of the staff are very welcoming and lovely couldnt do more for you. Only issue was the AC isnt cleaned/dusted and there was maintenence/drilling on 3 days either above or across from our room we werent told about which was a bit disappointing. Other than that id absolutely stay here again, location is fantastic and everyone again was amazing"

"The qe2 is what you expect in an old boat but it’s really nostalgic and preserved in the right way, couldn’t fault it, The only advice is that there is huge construction happening which makes it awkward plus nearest metro station is a 15 min walk through it all, so taxis are required even through there are some free shuttles once a day to the mall and a beach, "
