"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with paint peeling off the surfaces. The closet sliding doors were also difficult to open and close. Additionally, there was a damp, musty smell in the room that was a little unpleasant. Despite these...

"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."

"The property looks nice and clean. However the pool was not open and there is No alcohol at the bar even though they advertise cocktails on their website. "
