"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff is excellent and the grounds are stunning. We really enjoyed the hot springs & thermal pool, especially being able to use them after the public hours end. Looking forward to our next visit here!"

"The views are amazing! And the staff is very nice. Unfortunately the hotel breakfast was poor and of very mediocre quality. The dinner restaurant was a buffet with mediocre cafeteria quality items. Most surprising was the fact that the towels were ancient and yellowed badly needed replacement. The hotel needs a renovation if it is to become an attractive place. A pity since the location is truly phenomenal."
