"We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit."

"Super friendly staff. Clean & well maintained rooms, although our double room had 2 single beds which wasn’t ideal. Great location, short walk to seafront and loads of great restaurants & bars. Pool area looked nice and was very clean. We were exploring the island with our hire car so used the hotel just as a base to sleep in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good."

"We stayed just prior to the beginning of high tourist season, but the only things not available were tours. The location off the main road and near a smaller less-crowded beach makes it feel very private. Our junior suite was roomy, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had a huge private balcony. Three pools(one heated), spa gym, hairdresser and even mail salon! We opted for the all-inclusive package - the food was varied and delicious. It’s a small resort so there is only one all-inclusive...

"The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse."

"Lovely stay at the Inea Sole Boutique hotel. Beautiful, clean hotel and delicious breakfast. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave!"

"The property was very nice. A bit older, but very well maintained. The rooms are generously sized and the bed comfy. We had a small deck with a water and sunrise view. Walkable area and right on the beach. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The free breakfast was typical buffet style with many choices. I would stay here again."

"Was okay. Room was quite noisy as it was right next to the pool area. Also wasn’t particularly clean as I found hairs on the bathroom floor. Bathroom itself wasn’t great with the sink located in the hotel room not in the bathroom. More of a 3* really. Other than that, it did for the night. "

"The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again. "
