"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

"The lack of meeting rooms and a business center was surprising."

"Great hotel and staff... Breakfast was very sumptuous. Some of the drawbacks of this hotel are: it is far from the city center ( although public transport is available ), there's construction around the building which woke us up a couple of mornings. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Thanks"

"room is way too small. You can barely walk in the room. No closet. Very disappointed."

"Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer."

"The hotel is well situated in the old town of Zurich with many restaurants and stores near by. Breakfast was included and was good. In our room some of the painted surfaces could use a fresh coat of paint…room / bedding were clean and comfortable."

"Breakfast included and very good. Staff very good."

"The hotel is lovely however my room was not cleaned, bed not made and no clean towels. After a long day of meetings, having to chase for clean towels and tea/coffee was not good. However the hotel is great. Would have got a 5 star if housekeeping cleaned my room and made the bed. Disappointing, should not have been missed."

"Stayed here on business always a good place to stay"
