"This is a lovely hotel in well looked after grounds in a good location. Close to the port and shops and restaurants. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of parasols. The room was cleaned well every day. The main issue we had was with the breakfast. It was served from 7 to 10 but a lot of items were not replenished even at 9am with an hour still to go. The water for tea was not hot enough and the coffee dispenser was barely warm. You could order drinks from the waiting staff...

"Amazing view of the Sea and mountains from the balcony. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and management. Free shuttle to and from port upon arrival and departure. Excellent location within walking distance of town center, port, restaurants etc. Extremely spacious room, with kitchenette. Lipari is a gorgeous island and an excellent hub to explore the surrounding Aeolian islands from."

"Hotel is a little dated ( sunchairs could do with a refresh) but overall the service is 5 star and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good walking distance to centre of town - be aware it is uphill though so if you have mobility issues not the best choice "

"It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again."
