"Nice hotel, great staff and lovely room at a reasonable price. As I was tired, I misunderstood the instructions given and went to the 6th floor in the wrong part of the hotel, so had to back down to find out where I should go. I then discovered that toiletries had to be picked up at reception, but avoided another trip down at night and got them in the morning. Otherwise all was excellent. "
