"Checking in was quick and easy. Staff were polite and helpful.
Thank you to the staff who helped me.
I liked my room which was spacious.
This hotel is a great place to relax.
I will definitely return soon."
"Foreigners beware, I left my stay feeing cheated and disrespected.
I felt cheated because an employee led me to a change-making machine on site that stole my money. Every day the employee said he would get my money back the next day, but then I had to leave. I thought it was a machine error, but then I saw him doing the same to another guest. I had an associate call back to inquire and the employee said they wouldn't do anything else and hung up. I found out this is called the 'Guided ATM...
"Except for the view and location nothing is worth the price, single beds are joined to make king beds on uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, soundproofing is a misleading point because you can clearly hear all conversations from the surrounding rooms. Breakfast is good, staff is respectful and welcoming. Everything else you might as well pay a $100 more for a better stay elsewhere. Location was great if you want to see the white city, grab food or walk to the sea."
"The junior suite was very comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy evening breeze and morning coffee. I did not use the gym or the golf course so cannot speak to that. The food at the restaurant was consistently very good with great service. It is convenient to the airport, and a quick ride to the city without traffic. During rush hours it can be more than 30 minutes. Still, a lovely calm oasis after long days of meetings!"
