"First of all, parking for this hotel is an absolute nightmare. If the very small parking lot within the grounds of the hotel is full, you have to essentially go on a wild goose chase around in circles literally find their overflow parking. Which is sort of sad and confusing, because it is diagonally across the street from the hotel. But because of how the roads are set up, you pretty much have to drive another 2 miles. Previously stayed at the hotel many years ago with previous owners & it has so many facilities for kids it has the potential to be a great hotel (like it used to) Biggest let down was the heat of the room. "Our room was spotless and cozy warm on a colder day. The lift was appreciated. Parking at the back was very convenient. Location was close to the shops and places to eat. Hotel had an excellent restaurant with an extensive menu. Check-in with Sharon was very friendly and smooth. She was good people skills and made us very welcome. We would be happy to stay there again. "

"Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!"

"This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

"We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again."
