"When we checked in, I asked for wifi passward. But was told that because too many people were connected we wouldn't be able to use wifi. I asked about parking, and was told that the lot behind the property was best choice. But lot is not lighted and not controlled, so park at own risk. The next morning we saw two burned vehicles in lot. In the morning our toilet stopped working, and we couldn't flush. No air conditioning. Bug on bed when we first arrived. Overall, I would not stay at this...

"The hotel met our needs while in Milan.The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to have the carpet in the hallways removed. I understand that carpeting in the hallways helps reduce noise but, even though we could tell it had been recently cleaned (with soap and water, not just vacuumed), there was still a distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from it. That's the only negative we could find, otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. "

"The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out. The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely. The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance."

"It is essential that guests at this hotel have a vehicle. It is extremely far from the nearest town and taxis add-on an extra charge (up to 35 euros) just to reach the property, before you even start a journey... The grounds of the property were heavily overrun with ferocious mosquitos and this included inside the lobby, the breakfast room, hallways (we have the dozens of bites to prove it). The breakfast room staff were friendly -- And the food selections there were excellent."
