"I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is brand new, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
The accommodation also makes it easy to explore the area, with various activities and services available, including waterfall tours, horse riding nearby, and transfers to the rice fields and Ubud. Everything was so well arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had such a wonderful time and left...
"Die Unterkinft war sauber und aufgeräumt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen auch sehr lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt."
"I had such a lovely and relaxing stay at Alila Manggis. It’s one of those places where you can really slow down, switch off, and just enjoy the peace and surroundings. I came here needing a proper break, and honestly, I left feeling completely refreshed.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and respectful, and I really appreciated how welcomed and comfortable I felt throughout my stay. Most importantly, I never experienced any kind of...
"Ils offrent un service de shuttle de l’hôtel vers la plage ce qui est pratique vu qu’ils sont situés plus haut en montagne. Très belle vue. Très bon service et bon menu."
"We had a great stay, the view was amazing both from our balcony and the property. The room was very clean with a very comfortable large bed, the bathroom had an amazing shower. Be sure to walk out of the property some amazing places to see, and grab a snack at. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and always there for any questions. Would definitely recommend"
"Tout était parfait, le personnel était gentil, la nourriture excellente, la pisicne et tout les services comme les massages et autres étaient au top, on y retournerait sans hésiter"
"Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing.
The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. There was also a noticeable black handprint on the bedding.
The bathrooms were not much better. There was hair all over the inside of one of the drawers, along with rubbish that had clearly not...
"We stayed here for the first part of our Bali vacation. The property is beautiful, our room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and eager to help. Their hospitality was truly the highlight of our stay.
We were disappointed to find that the beach was inaccessible due to a beach restoration project. We specifically chose this hotel because of its beachfront location. The hotel did create a small faux beach area, which was a thoughtful touch, but it wasn't the...
"The Villa was so relaxing away from the busy life. It was far but it’s all worth it. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family when they visit Indonesia."
"Great quiet place to stay when you’re at Nusa Penida. The staff is an absolute gem and we loved our 3 nights here. It is a few km from the Main Street, but there is transportation available. Highly recommended"
"Our experience was incredible from start to finish. The customer service is impeccable — the staff responds super quickly and always with genuine kindness. The food is also great: good quality and generous portions, and if you want more variety, there are options just 5 minutes away by car.
What stood out most was that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond with details and decoration that made the moment unforgettable. You can tell they truly care about making...
