Also the travel options from Republique metro are vast (can get to Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Notre Dame on one line). The probable downside would be the area can be very loud at night, but it is part of staying in this area. It is I believe where most Parisians visit. "

"The staff is lovely! My room was so quiet, no street noise AT ALL! Very comfy bed and daily cleaning.Close to so many shops and good restaurants, also take out spots which I used often. "Staff was impeccable. Rooms were spotless. Best sleep ever. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. We used their airport service coming and going and the Mercedes van was super luxurious. We felt like royalty. Fabulous location. A 4 minute walk took us to Bo & Mei every morning for coffee and pastries. Easy location to Metro and bus. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity. "
