"The staff was very friendly and answered many questions about the hotel and Ghent. They provided a great guide with a map of Ghent - we loved it as it had a summary of each site we visited. There was complimentary water provided. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of fruits, cold cuts, cheese, pastries and more. They would make you a hot dish from their menu that is included (fried eggs, bacon, potatoes,...

"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."

"Staff very helpful, parking available and we were able to park a large mini bus at the rear of the property, we were late arriving at 19:45 and we were able to eat in the hotel as we wanted something to eat close to the hotel. Room had air con. World Cup match was available to watch too - bonus"

"We stayed 3 nights and we were excited to be at the hotel. Found the places noted in the pictures were common areas (hotel entrance and staircase). Those were charming and beautiful. Our room was in the other building which looked like a super 8. Drab, plain entrance, hallways and room. Our carpet had huge stains in it. We were disappointed with the room as we expected a charming space. The front desk staff were very unhelpful. Didn’t get up from their back desk to talk to you at the counter,...
