"Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt im ibis Hotel Konstanz. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da die Innenstadt gut erreichbar ist. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und der Service durchweg gut.
Unser Zimmer zur Stadtseite war relativ ruhig, modern eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage, TV und Dusche ausgestattet. Positiv fand ich auch, dass kein Teppichboden vorhanden war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Praktisch ist außerdem die Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel...
"This historic hotel is located in the heart of Appenzell and has a lovely restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. It is a short walk from the train station, is clean and charming and rooms have comfortable beds and bedding. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious with good coffee :) The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating - when we had to check out very early at the end of our stay, they packed us a delicious lunch to take with us on the train the night before we left...

"Hotel centralissimo a due passi dal museo del tessile e dalla cattedrale. Struttura molto curata, la camera pulitissima e arredata in modo moderno e confortevole, la nostra era deliziosa. Personale gentile e premuroso. Facilità di parcheggio e con la convenzione con l’hotel si paga molto meno. L’hotel ci ha dato una carta trasporti gratuita per tutti i mezzi pubblici. Per essere un tre stelle è molto bello e la colazione è in linea con le aspettative."
"check-in when reception is closed is very difficult as staff did not give code for key safe. We got locked out after 2 days and again staff was difficult to get hold of.
There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe , the pipe in the shower was leaking. It did get fixed quickly after complaining. All this would not happen if staff was trained properly."
