"Pros: convenient location, close to airport, very comfortable bed, unique red/black color theme, spacious hotel room, free drinks in fridge, cute bunnies near the front lobby looked well cared for. One of the more affordable hotels in Zurich.
Cons: no fan in bathroom, not very clean (floors felt gross, lots of hair in shower and around sink), mold in bathroom, shower water sprays all over the bathroom floor, no information provided about transportation or surrounding area.

"Beds were comfortable. It took few minutes until we got hot water in the shower but finally we got. Breakfast is basic. They could provide gluten free bread. I suggest to have allergens list noted for breakfast items."

Please note if you are from the uk, there are No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which might not seem to be an issue for many, but we felt it lost a star based on this and the fact that there was an issue with our shower drainage as it took a while for the water to go down. "The rooms were very poorly cleaned, the air conditioning maintenance was terrible, they gave us a small fan on a chair, and the lobby staff offered no solutions. It was a truly awful experience."
"The hotel is in a great location for seeing the city as it is close to trams, buses and main railway station. The hotel is perfectly nice, however there are major roadworks being undertaken outside the hotel at the main entrance. The works start just after 7am and finish around 5pm Monday to Friday. Not sure how long the work will continue but early in the morning the noise of the digger and other mechanical equipment can be noisy. My room faced the road."
