"The hotel was below average for what I expected and especially at the price! The reviews seemed good when I checked it out. The hotel is clean. The staff were very unhelpful and seemed under trained things were not explained well and also no parking available, when I booked it said parking available.
Best thing is the location however it is noisey as there is a famous pub opposite. Our room was directly next to the main elevator so constant noise and voices directly outside the door. Also there...

Het personeel was vriendelijk. We hadden een nette kamer.. heerlijke bedden. Ruime badkamer.

De ligging van het hotel licht iets verder van het centrum af. Als het lekker weer is, is het heerlijk om te wandelen. Het is dan bijna 1 uur maar met de auto is het 10 min.

"Second trip to Bruges. We would spend the extra money for a better hotel (four days). Photos are inconsistent with the hotel itself. The staff was not responsive and/or curt and not easily seen or available. The hotel maintenance was not good - rusty areas and bathtub with non-functioning plug. When we checked out and offered helpful feedback, we were treated in a dismissive manner. Love the city and will return but not to this hotel."

"Overall, the hotel is great; the staff are friendly, the continental breakfast was good with many choices, there was secure Ironman storage for bikes and other baggage, and the location was not far from 'green' lower cost parking.
The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not impact on the really hood shower."
