"This was a great location in central Ghent. Very convenient to transit and to all the historic sights. The room was clean and comfortable in a safe area. "

"The advertised air conditioning is 'a closed circuit consisting of multiple rooms' which the staff advised us could not be used to cool the room until the weather became warmer. I visited in April when the weather had just turned warm, the sun shone on the window all day so the room became hot. Opening the one window did not cool the room down quickly so we had to sleep with it open. The temperature of the room made it difficult to fall asleep. Then on the second night smoke and the smell of marijuana came in through the open window which made it even more unpleasant. The bathroom was also mouldy."
