While the rooms are fine , everything else the hotel offers is brilliant ! A location impossible to beat! The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East, was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way. Especial gratitude should go out to the wonderful Vittoria and her assistant the very accommodating Olivier ! THey were THE BEST

Great stay with wonderful breakfast and amenities

Whenever we are visiting Seefeld and Innsbruck we stay at this place. We love this place. We always enjoy our stay at this place. We love that we have a wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. It is so close and you can walk into town. It is quiet and peaceful while you are looking at the view. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

It is very convenient if you have a car. There is free parking on site. Love their breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Recommended this hotel

Absolutely magical place! View of the Alps, excellent staff, amazing spa complex and more. We will be back to ski and stay here soon!

Very surprised and impressed with this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent food (breakfast and 4-course dinner included). Near to hiking and pedestrian area of town, but in a quiet location. Lovely view from balcony. Rooms a tiny bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Flat screen TV with more channels that anywhere else in EU I've visited.

Fabulous location, amazing breakfast and great staff. Easy tram ride to the center. Can't wait to be back.

Beautiful place

Incredible breakfast and staff, I will come again

Electric hot water kettle, toaster, micro, fridge, oven and stovetop all worked. There is a coffee maker but we did not use it. The bed we found to be super comfortable with nice bedding. I even liked the pillow and I am very particular. Claudia was super friendly and spoke very good English. The apartments are in a...

This was an awesome hotel to stay in with clean and newer appearance. It was close to public transportation, and the staff was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sporthotel Cristall. Here's why: The hotel is beautiful, charming, spacious, and clean. Located only about 30 minutes from Stubai Glacier on a hill with an incredible view of the Alps. The city of Fulpmes where the hotel is located is walkable with plenty of dining/shopping options. The service was outstanding- everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They knew my name and it was a very personal experience. I was not just a room number....

Only issue is there was no hand soap and couldn’t figure out how to change language on tv(no hotels fault)
