"Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service."

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Besonders positiv war, dass wir sogar vor dem offiziellen Check-in in unser Appartement konnten, da es bereits bezugsfertig war.

"Very easy to find and easy access to old city and attractions. Two bakeries and a grocery storewithin steps of the property. The host was very responsive an we were able to check in without issue. Spacious room and bathroom. It was nice to have a kettle to make a coffe in the morning."
