"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms as there was a stain on the carpet. They moved us quickly with an immediate apology and a lovely bottle of wine. The restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay there again "

"Our room was very spacious with tons of space to store our things. The bathroom facilities were very clean with storage shelves behind the vanity mirror. The hotel was conveniently located within about a 5 minute walk from the Celerina Staz train station and an 8-10 minute downhill walk from the Celerina main station. Very friendly and helpful staff. "The hotel was clean, efficient and friendly. Overall it was quite expensive for the quality/ breakfast, especially as the courts cost extra and it was a shame that the “billiards (pool) » table was not available after 9pm."
