"Excellent hotel... checked in late at night, front desk staff were excellent, room was clean, already cool (HOT in Orlando!). The M lounge had a simple but excellent breakfast daily, the coffee machine produced consistently decent coffee and was accessible throughout the day. The Staff throughout the stay were helpful and caring making the stay even more pleasant."

"I arrived quite late to check in and the concierge was so pleasant, helpful and went out of his way to assist me with any questions i had."

"It was great, coffee was good but no coffee or hot water for tea afternoons or evenings not evenings you have to buy the coffee. Refrigerator was not cooling right and it was leaking had to place a hand towel in the fridge so the water would stop leaking on to the floor. Room Was clean, customer service was great. "

"The hotel room really was a suite, quite big and the beds were really good. The hotel is nicely set-up with the kind of courtyard. Not good was that you could hear the traffic noise from the interstate. I have hoped for better windows. And not really a biggie just mentioning it, both evenings we can “home” at 9 pm, the bar was closed. After all we would chose it again, may be on the other quieter side of the building. "

"Last minute overnight stay for a concert at the Kia Center which was less than 10 mins away. Wonderful boutique hotel with a great restaurant and bar. Every service member I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Interesting location nestled in “SoDo” but beautiful and inviting. Soundproofing was much appreciated and made the stay even better and all of the little things that annoy me when staying at a “chain” didn’t exist such as outdated showers with water pressure issues, noises AC...
