"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"Overall very nice hotel that I highly recommend. Excellent location. Great view of the mountains. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and safe. Nicely organized breakfast. Disadvantages: The main issue is the lack of an elevator. There very few parking spots (for 6 cars only). The hotel is close to the train railway which causes considerable noise especially in rooms with lake view. "

"Pros: The room was as described, staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive to our request as we were the only vegetarians it seemed. They made sure we got one hot vegetarian meal. Iliya was the one who always helped. Cons: There was no communication on check-in been dont at the other Hotek Latini and we had to move our large suitcases around. There was no coffee maker in the room. "

"Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"The property is well furnished and looks quite new. The view is truthful if you do not look down at the building site just in front and the main road. There was water in the fridge, it was off when we arrived and hadn't been defrosted. There was a small wasp nest on the balcony that while not too worrying it didn't make for a comfortable sit outside!"

"I love the staffs. All useful information was provided right when I checked in: Public transporation, holidays, parking situation, etc. The lady preparing breakfast in the morning had great energy and so friendly. She didn't speak English but I can feel her warm welcome. She was so busy but still give her best attention to the guests and deliver great energetic welcome to everyone. One small detail that showing their great service, is providing to go cup for coffee. I did not have much time for my breakfast and that to go coffee was so helpful. I have been stayed in lot of 4 stars hotel and non of them provide this. Our stay is so awesome that we feel sad to leave. If I visit Zell am See again, I will definitely stay at Seehotel Sissi."
