The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "We were very happy with our stay at Master Mirabell! Everything was as described in the listing and the apartment hotel was close to everything we needed in town (within walking distance to just about everything). Check-in was also extremely easy! If we return to Salzburg someday, we will definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean and comfortable, great location, 15 min to/from main station. Good value for the location. Would stay again"

"The facility and Hotel service was poor. The staff was very rude and not supportive at all. We especially complained to the manager also for rough behaviour and poor management support."
