The only thing, small one, was that according to Expedia I was booking double room located on ground floor but ended up on first. Not a big issue but would prefer to get exactly what I booked. Otherwise all was good."

"Nice location within walking distance of the central bus and train station as well as of the center of Bialystok. Apartment is in an older building but the apartment itself is very nice. You must be willing to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the apartment since there is no elevator. Also, you need to place a call in order to get into the building for the first time."

"A good bed, plenty of space and very clean. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The sauna/jacuzzi is absolutely wonderful, we had a private session and they even lit many candles. Very nice breakfast too. The bathroom was constructed by someone not understanding how to optimise space. The toilet and doors of the shower were awkwardly close to each other. "

"Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko super ale.... Rozkładana sofa w salonie po rozłożeniu okazała się połamana i nie da się na niej spać a poza tym była tak brudna że i tak strach było na niej spać. W skutek czego kolega musiał spać na nierozłożonej - niezbyt komfortowe warunki dla dorosłego człowieka. Drugi duży minus to prysznic - nie przywykłem do mycia się we wrzątku - zepsuta bateria i brak możliwości regulacji temperatury wody, leciała tylko gorąca woda. "
