"This hotel is very well located to explore the "old" area of Chivasso. The reception area is clean and they are very helpful, when they work. The hotel is "closed" during a wide portion of Sunday, and often other times. Once checked in you can enter and exit through a back door. We had to wait about an hour on Sunday for someone to arrive to check us in.
Our room had been updated recently. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The only weird thing was the hanging portion of the closet. ...

"The property is very isolated. There was no air conditioning or a fridge in the room. There was no bottled water and breakfast was something delivered the night before. On their website they advertise that there is a restaurant on the premises but it was closed and the owner said that they only open for special occasions. We had booked for six nights but we only stayed one night and we believe that we were the only ones in that property that night. Didn’t feel safe at all being there. We should...
