"We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too."

"My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. "The hotel is a 20/25 minute walk from the train station but don't let this put you off staying here the walk there gives you a great look at all the shops/restaurants thats around the area. I went to 'burger i piwo' and 'regionalny bar' that located a 5min walk. Staff at hotel very friendly in helping me check in/out. The room was quiet during night "great" i would gave this room a 4.7 out of 5 just because it needs a new carpet but other than that room clean."

"Nice overall, but could be a lot better if they sweated the details. The rooms have nice balconies but no furniture. The spa fitness center has a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room, but no weights ir benches. The room is spacious, but there's no luggage rack. The bathroom has a hair dryer, but no shampoo. Etc."

"Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around."

"Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...
