"Shortly after booking this hotel, someone emailed us that the hotel was actually full and no rooms were available.
They said that they could put us in another hotel. However, when I looked it up, that hotel looked very primitive and it was also much cheaper (like 4 times less).
I told them that I wanted a refund so I could book another hotel.
I booked another place but they refused to refund me. Beware!"
"Die Unterkunft hat kurz nach der Buchung die Buchung bestätigt. Kurz vor der Anreise hat die Unterkunft - unter Umgehung von Expedia über WhatsApp - erklärt, es gäbe "Probleme" mit der Reservierung. Das war dann identisch mit einem Rücktritt von Seiten der Unterkunft. Expedia selbst wurde kontaktiert, hat aber überhaupt nie reagiert. Verhalten Expedia war noch unbrauchbarer, als Verhalten Unterkunft! Also Vorsicht!"
