"I had been in Zadar before and liked the location of my previous stay. I thought the Mediteran was a lot further away from the center. When I went looking for bus stops, I discovered it was about 200 feet away from where I stayed last time I was there. It's about an hour walk to the old city, but bus service is generally on the half hour (hourly on weekends), so plan accordingly. The hotel and staff were just generally excellent!"

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. "Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. The host was very helpful and kind as was his grandmother and the property otherwise was perfect "
