"Never again. The only reason we booked here was for the pool. Which was down for "emergency maintenance". This was more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. People cracked out sleeping on benches outside, "regular" guests were cracked out and shaking and yelling at walls or things that weren't there. Everything was broken in the rooms, the beds weren't made, the counter tops were dirty and sticky. There were weird stains on the carpets and curtians. None of the staff spoke or understood english...

"The facility and staff try but the reality isn't a wonderful experience. It needs an overhaul. The rooms are alright. We had a lot of dust, it was aged, standard shower mildew and lukewarm water every single time (the last finally got me because it was every time for every single person). They do put in the effort with the breakfast and evening reception. We would not stay here again especially for the price. "

"Our dog was welcome, but the building itself is sorely in need of repair. The doorknobs and even shower knobs had loose screws and nearly fell off when using them! The exterior door had a four inch gap rotted off. Sad mess"
