"城崎温泉街からは少し離れているが外湯巡りの送迎を随時していただけるので不便さは感じませんでした。夕朝食ともに質量ともに十分でとても満足しました。温泉は内風呂は温度高めです。"

"This ryokan was beautiful. We stayed in a refurbished room with a shower and balcony, which was modern and clean, though a bit small for two people and two suitcases. The front staff member was decent with English and everyone was very accommodating. Note that this ryokan accepts luggage forwarding, and parking is ~1000yen per night."

"Einer meiner besten Unterkünfte, die ich in Japan je hatte. Alles 1A hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte einen sehr schönen Einblick in die japanische Tradition."

"Fantastic hotel. Prime location, beautiful outlook onto the river and mountain behind. Beautiful interiors and rooms. Fantastic restaurant - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and an evening drink up there. Kinosaki onsen itself is lovely we visited 3 onsen with the pass that they provided us. Highly recommend a 2 night stay. Easy train tourney from Osaka."

"房間寬廣，設施齊備，如果不介意出入要通知職員，是個十分好的選擇。"

"サンルートホテルは初めて利用しました。思っていたより全てが良くて、また利用したいです。部屋の広さ、バスの深さやシャワーの使いやすさ、ドライヤーも静かで強い。ベッドも大きくて寝心地も良く、他の部屋の音も聞こえず、静かでした。"

"Staff was helpful, hotel provided a map to guide us in walking around the in local areas of interest. Room was great, space was good, the onsen in the room (seaview) can perfectly fit 2 person. The room TV is a Smart tv that you can use your personal account to watch shows. Do plan for your food options as most places class early about 5pn"

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great experience staging in a traditional ryokan. The staff was helpful and very attentive to our needs, and they included tea and Japanese sweets upon arrival. The only downside to staging here is that it is a 15 min walk from the main town, but we didn’t mind it, and they provide a shuttle throughout the day for your convenience. Overall had a great...

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very welcoming and they go over and beyond to make your stay special. Meals were delicious that profiled local ingredients. Highly recommend staying here"

"What an incredible experience it was to stay here. The staff are so kind and accommodating. The food is so good as well as affordable. The onsen was very peaceful and well-maintained. The room was clean and very comfortable. The village is quiet and peaceful; I barely saw anyone on the street. This place is very remote but so magical. The beach is so beautiful with incredible views. 100% recommend I will think of this place for the rest of my life ❤️"
