"I enjoyed my stay. The first room I was in was to stuffy and was a room where the windows didn't open. I talked to the front desk and they put me in a different room with an opening window and it was much better. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and it's very close to a bus stop, restaurant and carrefour city location(small grocery store) which was convenient"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location, easy parking. Small but adequate room, comfortable bed."

"Excellent location, helpful staff"

"Clean and very quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast."

"The room was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful "

"Lovely hotel room with a large, comfy bed and large bathroom. Lots of space for luggage etc (although they did put us in the disabled room). Handy that there was lots of hotel parking and its less than 10 mins to the Tram station. Big breakfast selection, very useful hotel."

"Really lovely lad on reception. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable."

"great location, good accommodation, perfect for swinging through"

"We liked the location and the secure parking. You can easily walk to the historic centre of Rouen. The room was quite warm but fortunately the window could be opened. The downside to this is that we faced the street, so it was a bit noisy. I would nonetheless recommend this hotel as the positives outweighed that one drawback. The staff were lovely."

"Lovely room and a fantastic breakfast!"

"Great location and the room was Beautiful! I loved the marble. "

"It was ok"

"Very basic room, not even a hot pot or coffee in room. The hotel is in need of a renovation . The area and roads around the hotel are under construction and very heavy car as well as foot traffic due to the hospital and medical facilities around the hotel. Very small tight parking lot. Staff are very nice ."

"Nice staff and very helpful"

"Arrived later than expected due to delays at the Channel Tunnel but staff kept the restaurant open so we could get some dinner. Rooms were good and shower hot. Breakfast was nice with a mixture of cereal, bacon & eggs, toast/breads, cheese/meat, croissants/pain au chocolat, etc. Good place for us to stay the night to break up our jounrney"

"A good stop-over on the way home although the room was very small. Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff."

"Comfortable bed needed extra pillow breakfast good and easy parking "

"Good place to stay."

"The hotel is ideally located, walkable to the historic attractions, restaurants and bars, and to the railway station. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and quality bed-linen and towels. The friendly staff advised on places to visit. I enjoyed my two night stay."

"Taking cost versus value considerations, this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in France. Well done to all there."
