"I had a reservation that was confirmed by a phone call, when I arrived they shuffled me to the hotel next door, I had to carry my suitcase and go through narrow side door to a lesser hotel, smaller rooms, they asked me to pay for the whole stay upfront. Put me in a room on the fourth floor, I really had hard time negotiating the small stairway with my regular suitcase, No elevator. Gave me a room, with no window curtains. "I had a very disappointing experience at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt very cheap and located in a poor area. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. They were also irresponsible about receiving packages — they refused to help with a package that arrived after checkout. Breakfast was weak and very limited, and the coffee was honestly terrible. Definitely not worth the experience I had, and I would not recommend this hotel."
