"Very good value and will recommend Hotel Ora for anyone arriving fairly late at the airport and more sense to stay and not go into Seoul until the next day. As an English speaker I found some staff's English was not strong be we were able to communicate so not a real problem. If you get many foreigners staying it would be good to perhaps have more directions in English, use of TV, etc. Airport shuttle very good. For breakfast only a sandwich was available although that was very good."

"Excelente servicio y localización !!"

"The room was clean the staff were helpful the breakfast was alright not fancy and a/c was nice and quiet. The only thing I don’t like was they don’t fix some equipments in the gym that was broken."

"Air conditioner doesn’t work"

Really easy to get to on the bus from the main station and close to the metro too. Lovely, stylish room, great amenities such as the sound system, the fridge etc"

There were no clean cups, and the towels were old, smelled unpleasant, and some were even ripped. The gym was okay, staff was friendly, restaurants were okay. Overall, this hotel is not worth...
