"We had 4 nights in an ocean view room, it was fresh and clean and the location is great. We had a queen and a single bed. The shower is lovely too. Can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night till closing but you get to hear some good music. No facilities for breakfast in the room and the local cafes get booked out so you need to plan ahead and book a cafe or bring your own. Meals in the hotel are very good too, lots of choice and very friendly staff. Highly recommend staying."
"We had a lovely stay at The Beach Rooms! The room was beautiful, very clean, and we absolutely loved the view. It was perfect for an overnight stop with our family. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! 😊"
"This was such a sweet little spot right on the river. The room we had was perfectly clean, spacious for our whole family and had beautiful views of the river. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!"
"As with a lot of older motels we have stayed in, the owners seem to be unable to keep up with the maintenance around the place. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed comfortable and pillows good with spares. Very quiet, next to the river."
"Stayed for an overnight stay and it was a nice and clean room. The area was quiet and all the staff were very friendly. Would return again when in the area."
"Excellent stay. Wanted to stay longer but was booked out. Staff did everything they could to try and sort something out for us.
Great staff, great facilities excellent for kids."
"We’ve stayed at this motel a number of times over the years and have always been very happy with the different rooms that we have stayed in. I noticed that the room that we stayed in was recently renovated so that was a great bonus."
"A perfect little getaway. Our tiny home was super close to the beach and everything was easily accessible in town. A beautiful spot for a relaxing beach getaway"
"Such a great place to stay when visiting the area. Very lovely hosts. Very welcoming and gracious. Convenient to the waterfront and village. Just a wonderful place to stay."
"Perfect position for a walk to the wall and overlooking the river. Bed could be softer and the unit a bit older but very comfortable with a great kitchen and full size fridge. Would stay again. Parking easy. "
