"A consistent delight over the decades - antique yet incredibly durable and well loved - not everything shiny is modern gold. "

"This hotel is expensive for what it offers... It's a noisy location and while the room and bed were OK, everything else is poorly maintained or plain dirty, we skipped breakfast just by looking at the food- the location, next to the main road, doesn't help with noise ... Not recommended "

"Had a great stay and experience here. The staff is great. The private pool is fantastic view point to watch the elephants from morning to night. Thanks for a great experience! "

"The room and grounds were cute and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"Restaurant shut at 6:30pm; The fried rice was like porridge; they turned the lights off when we were still in the restaurant area. The beds were really hard and coated in plastic so that you woke up hot and sweaty. The rooms were nice but the rest of the place is badly kept and in disrepair. The pool was unusable and full of green algae."
