"Location is amazing. So close to everything you need. Easy access for tuktuk to go train station. Breakfast. Very nice omelet and coca tea. Room has view to center of hotel and valley view. Asked for hair dryer. Hotel helped me book a tuktuk to train station. Overall very nice stay. "

"Kudos to the staff who made us feel warm and welcomed!!! Our train was late arriving and they stayed late to welcome us and take our luggage to our room; all with enthusiasm and warmth!! The room was updated big spacious with a view to die for. A big draw for me was the king size bed. In other countries it is so hard to find accommodations that offer a king size bed; it was so comfy!!! "We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a great location. You can walk to the train statin in 10 minus. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need. I would absolutely come back here and definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel recently changed their name to Tierra Viva. We were not aware of that so there was a bit of confusion when we arrived. Pros- friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful natural setting. Very close to the train station without being right next to the tracks. Good selection for breakfast. Quaint and charming rooms. Cons- needs a little updating.(especially the Electrical outlets). I would definitely stay here again if I return."

"Los Qolqas is incredible! Located in the valley, it feels like secluded in the best possible way. The property has wonderful manicured gardens with the river running through it making it a tranquil escape. "We had an amazing three-night stay here with our small kids. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything but still incredibly peaceful. Our room had the best of both worlds: from one window, we could see the mountains, ruins, and the morning clouds, while from the other, we could hear the relaxing sound of water flowing through the ancient stone channels.
