The shower room is not very useful, towels hanger is too high, the toilet is not good flashing and the water sound always heard near the bed’s headboard to make sleep so hard. "Clean and spacious room. It kinda expensive in ski season, but still the best choice at Zao, Yamagata. Smoking room is near the lobby, which is a really bad design, you can smell the stinks every time before taking the elevator. Overall, a great place to stay."
