The biggest plus when booking was that I could pay in cash when I got there, something I needed as i couldn't process online payments. The room and its view were very nice, and a good size for one person. I wanted to try the tea provided in the room, but i was unsure whether it was an additional charge. They bring in real onsen water from the nearby Hachimantai area to use in their public baths, giving a good onsen experience right in the heart of Morioka. Unfortunately, I found the bed and pillow to be much too firm, so it was a bit hard to get comfortable."

"Property is close to terminal and has a variety of easily accessible shops nearby. There are no flaws and staff are extremely accommodating and respectful. Noisy guests are a concern but not the Hotels fault. Have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. "
