"We booked the "Romantic Suite" through Expedia, only to discover that the room was completely windowless. Although the listing described it as being below ground level, it did not disclose that there were no windows whatsoever. In fact, the description mentioned "blackout drapes", which rather suggests that windows exist! What makes this particularly disappointing is that Expedia's listings in other countries apparently disclosed that the room was windowless, whereas the UK listing did...

"I like the location of the hotel. It’s a walking distance from the train or bus station. And, it is so close to the center of Colmar. The grocery store is just across the street. The hotel is so clean, and spacious. Breakfast was just right. The staff are super nice, too."

"Stuff was very helpful. Room was clean and basic. Bed was comfortable and firm. There is an elevator, but every floor has a interesting two to three steps down within the same floor to get to my room. So be aware of that. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station and the sites. Please be aware that it is right by the train tracks. So it gets loud, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Even with the window closed you can still hear the trains go by. It's no problem for me since...

"Clean and adequate rooms with air conditioning, friendly staff, awesome breakfast."

"De kamer was superschoon . Ontbijt is daar top , heel uitgebreid in mooie ambiance.

"Hotel is dated, my room was small and the bathroom so small basically useless. However, staff was extremely helpful."

"Short walk from the town centre. However the rooms didn’t look like the photo. That aside, comfortable bed, clean, small and reasonably well located."

"R.A.S . Très satisfaisant"

"everything was good"
