The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The room was perfect for us three and it was spacious enough for us girls. The balcony was huge and we had a great view of the ocean. We loved the hotel restaurants and pools! That was one of our favorite parts. The beach was also so lovely! It was sandy and very beautiful."
