"The property was not as advertised!! The floor was filthy, the refrigerator was dirty, and the surroundings were quite poor and unsafe. The room we were in was on a totally separate building, down a hill, behind an apartment house with broken down cars and junk piled around it. NO WIFI available. Was told we could have a better room, but we would have to upgrade. Was told there would an extra charge."

"Had to park quite a distance from the hotel parking is very limited"

"The host prepared the cottage very well. It was comfortable even on a rainy day. The area is quite pretty too, and the host shared memorable stories and lore about the area with us!"

"We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again."

"recommend for a great location to ski the timberline four season resort. the hotel is located within 100 feet of the main ski lift. the room is very good."
