"I had a nice stay overall, but there are a few things the hotel should improve. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable, especially at night.
The shower also needs attention. The shower door is not properly secured, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. You have to be very careful while showering and constantly watch where the water is going."
"The beddings when we arrived is not new because i saw alot of hair on the bed sheets. The second day they changed the sheets coz my daughter made a mess and i saw alot of difference between the first day . So watched out your beddings if it is new."
"There’s no AC in this property. For an extra 20 francs you could be upgraded to a room with an AC unit. However you can’t adjust the climate (beacause of city law) therefore you’re in the same hot room as before.
I left the property 2 hours after I went into my room and moved to another hotel with AC and no restrictions."
"Very clean and big room. Everything is new. It’s very close to the Kloten train station (3 minutes walk from the hotel). There are some supermarkets and restaurants nearby."
"Great location. The hotel is pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Staff let us check in early which was super helpful. I don’t recommend getting their breakfast. There are better options close."
"The property is right across from the airport, so it’s very convenient for a layover! The parking is expensive, but overall, it’s a good value for the money. The beds are comfy, but the AC is centralized, and you can barely feel it in the summer. That’s the only negative aspect of our stay. There’s a McDonald’s walking distance in the Raddison hotel if you want to save $ on breakfast. :)"
"Great location with an easy walk into the main streets. As a result you can get night noise but the hotel does provide ear plugs so all good. Our attic room was spacious with lots of space for our family to relax in after a long travel holiday through Switzerland."
"Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was in a great location however there was building work going on close to the property which did cause disturbance. Staff were very apologetic about this despite it being out of their control. We were given free breakfast to compensate for the disturbance."
"the morning after checkin, there was no hot water in my room. As there is no front desk, I emailed the hotel, but got no response for the full day after multiple emails. I talked to house keeping who texted the management. Hot water was back in the evening, still without any acknowledgment from management."
"Overall experience was really good. It is conveniently located, not too far from Zurich HB and well connected by trams.
The room was small but clean. Pillows were poor which caused neck pain.
Breakfast bar had limited but sufficient options. The lady attendant was alone most of the times (another lady helped her briefly) and had to do too much running around. She would benefit from some help."
