The restaurant and breakfast room are located in this ‘castle.’ The rooms are located across the street in a new-fangled room complex. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, there was a lack of maintenance of the rooms; the shower floor and chairs are damaged. All this should not spoil the fun, but that is not what you expect from a (Fletcher) hotel. "I stayed there for 2 nights for a business trip. It was okay for that time. The service was perfect and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and smell good. The only thing which was not so nice were the glasses from the window(1glass), that means you can here everything from outside. Also the walls between the rooms were really thin. You can here everything ehat happen in the room next to you."

"Peaceful Family Stay in Nature We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting. The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate. One thing that was a bit unusual (but good to know in advance) — towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. That said, once we were settled in, everything felt cozy and relaxed. A great place to unwind, explore the outdoors, and enjoy quality family time. We would happily return! "
