"The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. One room had a light odor but the staff did their best to air out the room and remove the odor, but unfortunately the odor was still there. Staff were nice and very friendly. Overall great experience and parking was free. Will come back at this location. "

"This was a quick overnight as we had an early trip. Hotel La Reine is in walking distance of the city center and has many stores and eating places in it's surroundings."

"The rooms does not have private bathroom. The description is a bit misleading as they write with private bathroom. If you don't like sharing then better choose another place."
